Action Palestine is, a non-party affiliated UK wide student organisation established in 2006, dedicated to promoting the Palestinian cause on campus. It is concerned with building a strong student movement by facilitating cooperation between like-minded groups and individuals. Read more.
Action Palestine works closely with over fifteen Palestine societies and numerous individuals. Our work often takes the shape of building and/or facilitating national campaigns, such as the Anti-apartheid week in Feburary 2008. This was the largest Anti-Apartheid campus protest since the fall of Apartheid South Africa. We also launched and took a leading role in the “Trapped in Gaza” campaign which,a highlighted the plight of Palestinians locked in Gaza due to the Israeli blockade. Read more.
